These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valencia AI website at valencia-ai.com and all products, services, and content provided by Valencia AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
Valencia AI provides AI-generated compliance documentation for Australian NDIS registered providers and aged care organisations. Our products include Gap Analysis reports, Policies and Procedures packs, HR and Worker packs, and Complete Bundles. All documents are generated using artificial intelligence and personalised to your organisation based on the information you provide.
2. Eligibility
Our services are designed for Australian NDIS registered providers and aged care organisations. By using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
- The information you provide about your organisation is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Delivery
All Valencia AI products are digital documents delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive your documents via:
- Instant download — available immediately after purchase.
- Email delivery — a copy sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Documents are generated specifically for your organisation using the details you supply during the ordering process. Please ensure all information provided is accurate, as document content is based on your inputs.
4. Pricing and Payment

- HR and Worker Pack — $299 + GST
- Complete Bundle — $497 + GST
Aged Care Products
- Gap Analysis — $199 + GST
- Governance Pack — $299 + GST
- Care and Clinical Pack — $349 + GST
- HR and Workforce Pack — $399 + GST
- Complete Bundle — $999 + GST
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated. GST of 10% is added at checkout in accordance with Australian tax law.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
5. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital documents generated and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a document has been generated and delivered.
However, we understand that issues can arise. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 14 days of purchase:
- Technical issues — you were unable to access or download your documents.
- Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged more than once.
- Material errors — the generated documents contain significant errors unrelated to the information you provided.

All documents produced by Valencia AI are generated using artificial intelligence. While we design our systems to produce high-quality, compliance-aligned content mapped to current NDIS Practice Standards and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, please be aware that:
- AI-generated documents are intended as a starting point for your compliance documentation. They should be reviewed and, where necessary, adapted to reflect your organisation's specific operations, policies, and circumstances.
- Our documents do not constitute legal, financial, or professional compliance advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified compliance professional or legal adviser before relying on any document for audit or regulatory purposes.
- Regulatory standards and requirements may change over time. While we endeavour to keep our templates current, you are responsible for ensuring your documentation meets the latest applicable standards.
- The quality and relevance of generated documents depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Documents
Once you purchase and receive your documents, you own the generated content and may use, modify, and distribute it within your organisation as needed for your compliance and operational purposes.
Our Platform and Templates
Valencia AI retains all intellectual property rights in our website, platform, technology, AI models, document templates, branding, and underlying systems. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our platform or templates to you.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our documents or templates to third parties.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our document generation systems.
- Use our branding, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
8. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your organisation.
- Review all generated documents before use and adapt them to your organisation's specific needs.
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair our platform.
- Keep your account and login credentials (if applicable) secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- Valencia AI provides its services and documents on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee that our documents will ensure compliance with any particular regulatory standard or that they will be suitable for any specific audit outcome.
- Valencia AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
