Point your AI at the folder

Step by step

Pick the AI you already use. Four steps, with a picture of each one. Takes about five minutes.

Claude, ChatGPT and Grok in a browser cannot reach into your Desktop on their own, so you hand them the files once. Claude Code, Codex and Cowork read the folder directly.

You hand it the files once, then it remembers them inside that Project.

    Unzip it onto your Desktop

    Double-click the zip. Drag the ai-business-brain folder onto your Desktop so it is easy to find. Rename it to your business if you like.

    Make a Project

    Open Claude. In the left sidebar click Projects, then New project. Name it after your business.

  3. 03

    Add the files to the Project

    Open your folder, select all the files inside, and drag them into the Project knowledge area. Claude now has your Brain.

    Type: run setup

    In the Project chat, type run setup. Claude reads START-HERE.md, interviews you, and fills in the blanks.
